Morgan and Wong seem to have a certain group of actors that they love working with and in this episode the special actor happens to be the Sheriff played by Tucker Smallwood and he does a great job as always. I also love during this scene how Mulder is so determined to watch TV that he is willing to watch some nature show with a terrible picture rather than just go to sleep.
